EM Masters Inc is owned and operated by Edgar Medina; this is my tile story.
EM Masters is an up and coming company in Dallas, TX that provides high quality custom tile and marble installation to home & residential customers in the Dallas Metroplex area.
It all began in 2000 when Edgar Medina started as a helper, along with his childhood friend, Sergio Guillen, in a residential tile business as a temporary job to gain extra income. Eventually the trade would capture his attention and heart, Edgar would decide to pursue the tile industry as a career. His work ethic and devotion for the trade’s knowledge earned him a quick transition from being a helper to an installer, an installer to a supervisor, and lastly a supervisor to a business owner.
In 2008, during era of an economic crisis, Edgar took a leap of faith and opened up his company with one crew. The company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and high quality installation from professional installers fueled our growth with our customer base and from operating with one crew to ten and it continues to grow.
